Application Procedures
- Please download a credit transfer form from our website according to your course option and entry year,
- Please complete the form and submit to Miss Sharon Chong in the ENVR general office (Rm 4412).

Credit Transfer and Credit Waiver (For Direct-Entry students)
Applying in person ONLY
- Applicants should submit a detailed syllabus of all completed courses, an official grade report and a credit transfer form to the ENVR general office (Rm 4412).
- If the request for a credit transfer is approved, the credit transfer form will be submitted to the ARRO directly by the division.
- A confirmation letter of approval will be sent to the applicant's corresponding address by ARRO.
Remarks:
- For non-ENVR courses, applicants must first obtain signatures of approval from the concerned departments/divisions. Please contact those departments/divisions for the exact procedure.
- After approval is granted by the concerned department/division, the applicant should submit the completed credit transfer form together with the detailed syllabus to the ENVR general office.

Credit Transfer and Credit Waiver (For Exchange-Out students)
EVMT Co-curricular Activities Sponsorship Scheme (2016-17)
- For activities held form 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017
- There are two cut-off periods for the reimbursement claim:
Period Activities / Events Date Deadline to submit application 1st cut-off period 1 July 2016 to 31 January 2017 27 January 2017 2nd cut-off period 1 February 2017 to 30 June 2017 31 May 2017
Step 1 : Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting the application. (Please click HERE to download the guidelines and application form)
Step 2 : Please prepare the following documents and submit to Miss Fannie YIU at the ENVR general office before the two deadlines:
- Completed application form
- Original receipt(s) (Photocopies will not be accepted)
- Details of the activity/event, e.g. leaflet, brochures, related website etc.
- Enrolment proof, e.g. enrolment slip, acceptance letter etc.
- Boarding pass or ferry/train ticket if applicable
- Activity report* (500 words or above)
*The report and pictures of the event/activity (in JPEG format) should be sent to Miss Fannie Yiu (fannie@ust.hk) right after the submission of the reimbursement claim or within two weeks after the activity.
Remarks:
- Failure to provide all the necessary documents may lead to the rejection of the reimbursement claim.
- For the events scheduled between 1 to 30 June 2017, applications should be made no later than 31 May, 2017, with known/expected cost amounts listed on the application form.
- If your application is approved by the Division, you will be required to submit your report and receipt within 2 weeks in person after the event or activity. Otherwise, we will assume you are cancelling your application.
- The Division of Environment reserves the right to withhold the sponsorship if a poor quality report is submitted.
