Post Date: 7 May 2024 MPhil student in ESPM won the AIS Best Research Award 2023/2024Mr. HENARES, Timothy Joseph (MPhil in Environmental Science, Policy and Management program, Class of 2023) has been awarded the First Prize in the MPhil Category of the AIS Best Research Award 2023/2024. The presentation ceremony was held on April 29, 2024. He has delivered the presentation of the title “The Effects of Chinese Investments on Digital Development and Data Sovereignty in Southeast Asia: A Case Study of the Philippines". The AIS Best Research Award (formerly named IPO Best Research Award) was established in 2011 with the support of the Provost’s Office to recognize outstanding achievements by research postgraduates by research postgraduate students who made the most original and influential research achievements outcome from their study that has been carried out mainly at HKUST.
